Our Mission
The Ronnie Stanley Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life for rescue dogs and individuals in need. The foundation trains and cultivates the therapeutic properties of rescue dogs to be matched with individuals who have faced various life challenges such as illness, emotional trauma, and/or other hardships. These matches are even more meaningful because rescue dogs are placed in their forever homes.
What We Do
We are a nonprofit started by Ronnie Stanley of the Baltimore Ravens. We partner with rescues shelter to identify dogs that would be candidates for providing emotional support to Veterans, children in need and First Responders. The dogs live in foster homes where they will learn basic skills, including sit, down, stay, recall, etc. as well as crate and potty training, while we get to know their personalities and ideal adopter match.
